We believe that floor preparation is the most important aspect of any job.  Ensuring the sub floor is correct for the product/s to be installed is probably the most important starting point for any project.  Our project managers are experienced in determining what, if any, preparation is required. Doing an inspection prior to any works is crucial so we know how much floor preparation will be required. This includes if the floor needs a grind, skim coat, plane down humps etc. This applies to both commercial and residential projects.
